The 15 minute mark relative bearing of 336 + 60 = 036 relative bearing.

If you put your cursor on the 3 mile range ring 60 degrees to the right of the 15 minute mark and then put a straight edge on that spot parallel to the original Relative Motion line, you can see the path the echo trail will take.
